how to return

- Complete the Return Form: please contact us to obtain a Return Form, it will
be emailed to you.

- Pack Your Return: Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose the copy of
the invoice and completed Return Form with your return.

- Ship Your Return: Nuvo Cosmetics recommends that you track your returns
so that you may confirm we have received your package. The
U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, you may
consider insuring your return. Just take your package to a U.S. post office
service window and a representative can add these options for you. If you
elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use a
carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL that provides tracking information.

- Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return
has been processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the
credit in your account 10-14 days after we have received your return.

RETURNING A GIFT?
If you received a gift and want to return it, please contact us via email at
info@nuvocosmetics.com, to receive a Return Form. We can either refund the
credit card used to purchase the gift or issue you a NuvoCosmetics certificate
for the amount of the gift.
Note: if you do not specify a refund method, we will
automatically issue a certificate for an amount of the gift.
