THE SHOPPING BAG The shopping bag is where you keep your selections until you are ready to check out. While you are still browsing, it will hold the items you wish to purchase. You may review what you have put in your shopping bag whenever you wish. All you have to do is click on the link to "shopping bag" on the right side at the very top of the page and you will be able to see all of the items you are currently holding in there. Once you click on the "shopping bag" link, you can see product you’ve placed in your shopping bag, the price and the quantity. From the shopping bag, you'll also be able to update the quantities of any item (either adding or removing). You can do this simply by entering in the number of items you'd like and then clicking on the "update” button. If you change your mind about an item, all you have to do is click on the "remove" link underneath the name of items. If you choose to leave the site without checking out, your shopping bag will retain your selections for one week, or as long as they are in stock. Please note, that we manufacture and retain limited quantities of the products in our warehouse to ensure you get the freshest products, therefore we urge you to purchase the items you are interested in when you see them. THE CHECKOUT PROCESS NuvoCosmetics.com uses a simple and secure checkout process to allow you to make your purchase quickly and comfortably. Simply click the “Checkout” button in your shopping bag and follow the steps outlined and provide the necessary shipping and billing information to complete the checkout process. Once you have successfully placed your order, you'll be presented with a receipt page that will have your order number on it. You will also be sent an email to confirm your order. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? After you place an order, please allow up to seven to ten business days to receive your shipment. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
ORDER CONFIRMATION Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you two (2) emails. The first one will be containing your order confirmation. This will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order. It will detail your transaction. The second email will be sent when we ship your order (approximately 24-48 business hours). It will include a tracking number, allowing you to see the status of your package as it makes its way to you.
ORDER STATUS AND INFORMATION You will be notified via email with any order status changes, for example, when it is processed, shipped. Also a link will be provided to you in the Order Update emails to check the status of the order online.
