order processing

- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days,
and holidays). All order placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm (CT) will be processed the same
day and shipped the next business day. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00 pm (CT) will
be processed the next business day and shipped the day after.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on
major holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major
holidays).
- All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be
processed and shipped.
