If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through nuvocosmetics.com, please follow the
steps below.
- Please contact us (1-608-515-8131 or via email at info@nuvocosmetics.com) to obtain a Return Form.
Please provide your order/invoice number in the email or have it ready if calling.
Please note that the return will not be accepted, if the Return Form is not included with the return.
- All returns should be addressed to our U.S. office:
or insured Parcel Post. Order shipping fees and Return shipping fees are not refundable.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival during business days. Business days are
Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm
receipt and processing of your return.
If you wish to exchange the item, just simply return the unwanted items following the steps above, and
place a new order for alternative items.
Note: items that have been used and were opened (the unused portion of the product) can be returned
within 30 days from the day they were purchased. Unused items, that never been opened can be
returned within 90 days from the day they were purchased.
